Richard and JessicaRichard Clayton and Jessica Bancroft were married on New Year's eve 2017. The family are regular attenders in church.
The happy couple with JohnWith a qualifying connection - ever wondered what this means? The couple included the following words on the back of the order of service. We chose to marry at St Mary Magdalene due to the special significance this church has for Jen and her family. Jen's mum and the Nordkvelle family grew up in "the White House" just down the road and St Mary Magdalene was their local parish church. Jen's mum and aunties were choir girls and her uncle was an altar server in the church. Jen's three aunties and other close relations all married in St Mary Magdalene; Ingrid in 1996, Sonja in 1972, Anna in 1968, and great auntie Molly in 1946.
Paul's family come from New Zealand and therefore it was quite an international occasion with the Lords Prayer in Norwegian as well as English.
