An exciting new venture at St Mary Magdalene's?

We have cleared the section of the churchyard for a home for bees. Without bees all our flowers and fruit would not exist and they are in decline. So we at St Mary Magdalene think it is important to give them a little help. The project is supported by the Co-op and we will be gratefut to all members who have voted for our bees.

It is not just another cafe for Yarm. Its where can you go as carers, parents or grandparents with children to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with friends for a natter and know your children will be catered for. We have a children's play area and will sell juice or hot chocolate. We will be serving delicious home made cakes and fresh scones until we run out.

We are open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays unless there is a wedding or funeral. Please check our social media 'facebook page'.

Animals are welcome if dogs are kept on a lead, there will be dog bowls.

We will be closing for the week beginning 15th December and Christmas week, opening again on 8th January when you will be able to get your favourite cakes.
